Mass customization combines mass production with personalized customization, which avoids high cost, limited batch and long delivery time in customized production, low flexibility poor market reaction ability production. However, due to the of its strategy, has disadvantages cost process. Aiming these problems, this paper studies promoting role generic technology modular methods mode. Through organization, design, manufacturing assembly industrial chain resources, maximizes capacity achieve goal reducing enterprise costs improving efficiency.
